If you are YouTube content creator, or viewer you already know that YouTube rolled out another round of huge changes to the entire website a few weeks ago. It was really weird, by the way … things were literally changing WHILE I was using the site one night LOL.

As with most things on YouTube, people are passionate and opinionated. The video below details several of the changes to the channel pages specifically, and if you watch it on YouTube you’ll see the dislike rating is WAY higher than the like rating. Also (as expected with any YouTube change), people are livid in the comments. Personally I think YouTube users are much more vocal about how much they hate changes than even FaceBook users are.

I’ve already opted into the new channel layout. I did it the 1st day it was offered, freaked out and changed it back, then did it again a week ago. I still haven’t finished doing my image map on my channel banner.  Personally I’m still gettting used to the new layout. I definitely feel disoriented, it’s cleaner but not intuitive entirely (yet).
